CHRISTINE NIMALASIRI – Project Manager

Qualifications: BSc (Hons)
Christine has been with PCRGTM since 2002.

Christine studied Biomedical Science at Kings College London and after graduating entered the pharmaceutical field as a Product Executive at Steifel Laboratories. She commenced her clinical trial career at Premier Research Group in the UK before moving to Australia.

Since joining PCRGTM, initially as a CRA, she has worked on a wide variety of clinical trials and has strong relationships with most major Australian and New Zealand clinical sites, as well as the Ethics Committees in both countries.

JULES BLIGH – Executive Assistant

Qualifications: BSc (Hons)
A career Executive Assistant, Jules brings over twenty years’ experience to the Executive Support team at PCRGTM

Based in Sydney, Jules spent the last decade working within the cancer biotechnology field supporting the Australian and US leadership team with special projects including M&A, IP, Legal and Compliance.

Working directly with Dr Prpic, Jules oversees the business administration, finance and day to day legal operations of the business to ensure the PCRGTM leadership team can remain focussed.

CHARISSA MILLER – Senior Clinical Research Associate

Qualifications: Master of Nursing

Charissa is a SCRA who is based in Auckland, New Zealand. She has been with PCRGTM since 2019.

Charissa has a background in Emergency and Paediatric Nursing, she worked as a Study Co-ordinator and Research Manager at Kidz First Children’s Hospital prior to moving in to a CRA role with PPD Global Pharmaceutical Contract Research Organisation.

Since joining PCRGTM Charissa has enjoyed working closely with New Zealand sites on multiple device studies.

JUSTINE SPARK – Clinical Research Associate

Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing

Justine is a Clinical Research Associate who is currently based in Adelaide, Australia. She has been with PCRGTM since 2020.

Justine studied her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of South Australia and after graduating worked in the area of Anaesthetics and Recovery, both in Australia and the UK.

She commenced her clinical trial career as a Study Co-ordinator in medical device trials which she did for many years before joining PCRGTM as a Clinical Research Associate.

FLORA WONG – Clinical Research Associate

Qualifications: BASc Health Information Management

Flora is a Clinical Research Associate based in Sydney. Flora has been part of the PCRGTM team since 2020.

Since graduating from the University of Sydney, Flora has worked in both the private and public health sectors in Pharmaceutical, Research Ethics and Dentistry.

Flora’s previous role of 5 years was as a Lead Clinical Coordinator where she worked alongside astounding Orthopaedic Surgeons in Sydney. During this time, she managed over 300 patients across 5 sites, setting the foundation for her strong site management skills together with being very research focus orientated.

CARMEL TRUBUHOVICH – Clinical Research Associate

Qualifications: BSc Physiology and Human Nutrition

Carmel is a Clinical Research Associate based in Auckland, New Zealand. Carmel recently joined the team in 2021.

After graduating from Massey University, Auckland in 2012, Carmel joined the Human Nutrition team in a part time administrative and study coordinator role. She then moved into public nutrition, working at the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.

THOMAS HINGE – Clinical Trial Assistant / Safety Officer

Qualifications: Diploma of Sport and Recreation

Thomas is a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) and is based in New Zealand. He has been with PCRGTM since 2018. In addition to his responsibilities as a CTA, Thomas also fulfils the role of Safety Officer.

Thomas has aspirations of continuing to grow and develop within the clinical trials sector as a Clinical Research Associate. Thomas is currently studying a BSc in Human Nutrition in his spare time.

KYLIE VAN DEN BROEK – Clinical Trial Assistant

Qualifications: Cert. III in Business Admin. & Cert. IV in Frontline Management

Kylie officially joined the PCRGTM team in 2020 as a Clinical Team Administrator but has been associated with the PCRGTM team since 2018, offering recruitment guidance and support.

Kylie has a combined total of 17 years’ experience working in leadership, compliance, and administration roles. She has worked in the education and training sector for 10 years, followed by human resources and most recently within clinical trials where she wishes to prolong her career.

As a Clinical Team Administrator, Kylie is able to utilise many of her strengths in a role that offers ongoing support and reliability to the clinical team. With a fastidious approach in all that she does Kylie has become an integral part of PCRGTM.

SARAH ERIKSSON – Team Administrator

Qualifications: Diploma of Business Administration

Sarah is the PCRGTM Team Administrator who is based in Sydney. She has been with PCRGTM since 2020.

Sarah has an extensive administration background in both London and Sydney. She has worked in a variety of industries such as Real Estate, Architecture, Recruitment and more recently within Education and Research (Horticultural and Medical).

Since joining PCRGTM, she has enjoyed keeping the administration tasks of the PCRGTM team in order. Sarah works closely with Jules Bligh and Kylie Van Den Broek ensuring the administration of the company runs smoothly.
