Our Team

Qualified. Experienced. Superior.

They say a company is only as good as it’s people, and our people are fantastic!

PCRG is committed to the ongoing recruitment, selection and retention of the highest quality clinical team across Australia and New Zealand. Our rigorous screening and selection criteria means we only employ people who meet and exceed the highest of standards – not just people who have experience working within a Clinical Research Organisation capable of going through the motions.

In fact, our entire team of Clinical Research Associates are medically trained, having many years’ experience as Registered Nurses and/or Research Coordinators at Australian / New Zealand hospitals before joining the PCRG team which is invaluable in the successful delivery of clinical trials.

Our national team of Clinical Trial Assistants are also degree qualified with comprehensive experience in clinical trials, scientific research and healthcare administration.

PCRG invests in regular and ongoing training and development for our valued team members to ensure we are always informed, educated and upskilled on emerging technologies, process improvement opportunities and clinical advancements.

Dependable people. Reliable outcomes.
