Joanna Hinge

Joanna has more than 25 years’ experience in the medical and research industry, not only in operational roles but also at a managerial level, combining her Health Care Degree with her MBA. She is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Joanna has worked at a senior level on over 80 clinical studies, encompassing most major therapeutic areas. Prior to joining PCRG TM over 5 years ago, Joanna held senior management positions within a Global CRO, and preceding that played a key role in establishing a large research unit at a major teaching hospital.

Joanna assists PCRG’s clients to overcome the challenges they face when conducting clinical studies in the Asia-Pacific region. She oversees activities at all stages of clinical studies including trial planning, site feasibility, contract negotiation, regulatory applications and approvals, investigational product importation, study start-up, enrolment, maintenance, close-out management and ongoing sponsor liaison.

Christine is a Project Manager who is currently based in Singapore. She has been with PCRGTM for 9 years.

Christine studied Biomedical Science at Kings College London and after graduating entered the pharmaceutical field as a Product Executive at Steifel Laboratories. She commenced her clinical trial career at Premier Research Group in the UK before moving to Australia.

Since joining PCRGTM, initially as a CRA, she has worked on a wide variety of clinical trials and has strong relationships with most major Australian clinical sites. Despite relocating to Singapore in 2011, she remains focussed on management of sites in Australia, but also with select high quality sites in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Chris Goldie

Project Manager

Chris has also been with PCRGTM for 9 years. She is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Chris has a diploma in nursing, with a post graduate certificate in cardiothoracic nursing. She worked in a variety of clinical and research settings ranging from Cardiology Nurse Unit Manager through to coordinating a women’s health study for Auckland Unitec, and also as a research coordinator for Auckland University.

Since joining PCRGTM, she has progressed from CRA, to Senior CRA and now Project Manager. During that time, she has worked on studies ranging from small FIM trials, through to large global Phase IV studies.

Jenny Lam

Jenny is a Project Manager at PCRGTM and has been with the Company for 7 years. She is based in Sydney, Australia.

Jenny graduated with a PhD in Immunology and Haematology from the University of Sydney in 2009. Jenny started as a Clinical Research Associate at AstraZeneca in 2008, working in the therapeutic areas of Oncology, Respiratory and Cardiovascular. During her time at AstraZeneca she became the main point of contact for up to 15 sites around Australia.

Jenny joined the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Sydney in 2010 where she was involved in the trial management and monitoring of a large scale Phase IV Oncology trial with sites in Australia and New Zealand and became the project lead for another Phase III Oncology trial. As a project lead she also chaired meetings, conducted presentations, prepared study reports as well as worked in collaboration with sponsors from the UK and USA.

Jenny joined PCRGTM in 2011 as a CRA where she was involved in initiating, monitoring and close out of investigational sites in Australia, New Zealand and Asia for a wide spectrum of Phase I-IV trials. She was subsequently promoted to Senior CRA in late 2012 and then to Project Manager in 2014.

Senior Clinical Research Associate
RCompN (Nursing), BSc

Trish Grey is a Senior Clinical Research Associate and joined Pacific Clinical Research GroupTM 14 years ago. She is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Trish has been actively involved in clinical research for over 20 years originally beginning as a Research Coordinator at one of Auckland’s major hospitals before moving to PCRGTM.

Trish is a Registered Nurse and her nursing included working in acute surgical care, diabetes, acute renal and coronary care.

Since working with PCRGTM, Trish has Benn involved in a large variety of studies from first in human to global Phase III & IV studies and during that period has developed close working relationships with most major clinical sites in New Zealand and Australia.

Michelle Xia

Senior Clinical Research Associate

Michelle is a Senior Clinical Research Associate based in Sydney, Australia.
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Queensland in 2009.

She practised as a registered Pharmacist for six years prior to joining PCRGTM.

Michelle commenced work at PCRGTM in 2015 as a Clinical Research Associate where she was responsible for initiating, monitoring and close out of investigational sites in Australia and New Zealand. She was subsequently promoted to Senior CRA and has been involved in staff training, driving meetings and presentations, as well as been a project lead for various Phase I-IV trials encompassing cardiology, endocrinology, obesity, ENT and ophthalmology.

Richard Dixon

Safety Officer
BComm, BEc, GradDipCA

Richard has been the Safety Officer at PCRGTM since joining the company in 2014.

Richard’s primary responsibility is assessment of adverse events in collaboration with our Medical Advisors to determine whether the adverse event meets criteria for reporting to the TGA. Richard also has experience assisting with preparation of study protocols, investigator brochures, patient informed consent forms and other study documents.

Prior to joining PCRGTM, Richard worked in the financial services industry as a Manager at top tier accounting firms.

After being accepted into Medical School, Richard now follows his passion and is undertaking a BSc (Genetics).

Jennifer Evans

Office Manager

Jennifer has held numerous Senior Executive Assistant and Office Management positions in large International corporations, small/medium companies and start-ups – both in Australia and Internationally . Her more than 40 years’ experience spans finance, administration, logistics, staff training, marketing, events management, IT and HR.

She has been with PCRGTM for 13 years.
