Clinical Research Associates- Start Date: Immediate

Office based in North Sydney, or home based in Melbourne.
Full Time, Part Time and Casual applicants will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years on-site monitoring experience.
Willingness to travel extensively domestically, and on occasion internationally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work seamlessly to support your project team in a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:
  • When required, be a primary contact for the Sponsor, Investigators and Site Personnel.
  • Maintain an awareness of the assigned therapeutic area, and have a good understanding of clinical trial design, ICH GCP, ISO 14155 and international guidelines appropriate to the trial.
  • Site Evaluation, Initiation, Interim and Close-Out Visits.
  • Prepare and facilitate Ethics and Regulatory submissions
  • Proficient use of a variety of electronic Case Report Forms.
  • Interactions with our Safety Officer to ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  • Facilitate date query resolution to meet data cuts as necessary.
  • Maintain project files, schedule of payments and all essential documents.
  • Create project management tools and trial processes where applicable- in preparation for the next career step as a SCRA/Project Manager.

As a CRA, you will

  • Represent PCRGTM in a professional manner reflecting a collaborative work ethic with our existing network of Physicians and Research Coordinators,
  • Have strong analytical, planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Be proficient in eCRF systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
